Witchy, Artsy, and Always Creating
A soul-searcher, a creative entrepreneur, and a lover of life—my journey has always been about embracing passion, purpose, and a little bit of chaos along the way. Whether it's through photography, marketing, or running my witchy shop (The Hermit's Path), I pour my heart into every creative endeavour. My work is all about capturing the beautifully unconventional—providing a safe and inspiring space for the alternative, the neurodivergent, and the wonderfully quirky.
I thrive on connection, storytelling, and uplifting the people around me. Whether I’m working with small businesses to bring their brand to life, capturing love stories through my lens, or curating magical moments for my shop, everything I do is rooted in authenticity.
Beyond the work? I’m a cat and turtle mom, a wife to a punk-rock metalhead, and an elder emo still holding onto my corp-goth aesthetic. I’m a maximalist at heart—life should be full of creativity, self-expression, and maybe a little bit of doom piles (let’s be real).
I’m all about aligning with the right energies, chasing artistic inspiration, and making magic in everyday moments.
A few fun facts about me...
- I will always look at the dessert menu first to help me determine what I will eat for my entree (although, I am Gluten Free now which makes it far harder).
- I have at least 30 open tabs on my internet browser at all times.
- I routinely wear the same jewellery. I find it frustrating to constantly change it.
- Music is a huge passion of mine. I enjoy all forms of rock, metal, Norwegian folk and classical or soundtracks/musicals the most. I enjoy EDM and lofi when I'm tasking on the computer.
- A sucker for a Caramel Macchiato (with oat milk) in the morning, and tea (type varies on my mood) in the afternoon.
- I love space themed stuff! An unhealthy obsession with the video game Mass Effect, but also seek comfort in movies like Interstellar - especially with an amazing soundtrack to go with it.
- If I lived in an alternate world (or just more scientifically inclined), my dream job would be either to be an astronaut or a forensic autopsy technician.
- Martial arts has always been active in my life in some form. I actively practice two forms of martial arts: Shukokai and Kokodo Jujutsu. My background is in Shotokan!
- I love gory and psychological thriller horror movies. Movies like: Saw, I Spit on your Grave, The Platform, and American Mary.
